I have worked on the live-ops of this game. I have shipped the following features and events successfully during the course of time. Crossword Jam has seen tremendous growth and love from the players. It is one of the top-grossing games of the segment.

PERFORMANCE
It has been one of the top grossing word game for a while with my contributions being to increasing the LTV by designing key features in the game.
LETTER HUNT EVENT
I Designed a 15 day long event for the players to engage with. This event has seasonal flavour to it.

Tuning and balancing according to the timings. That is, setting up targets for the players

Designing the mechanics for the event. "Collect letters by completing the puzzles and fill up the words to unlock new objects"

Deciding the number of objects based on the balancing

Giving art direction according to the number of objects to be placed in the scene. The composition should be sensible and thematic

MINIGAMES
Variation in the puzzles the players play was proposed to retain elder players. Minigames are tied to the main game and are designed to engage players who are stuck on the main game puzzles. The minigames are easy to play and hence will have less stickiness as compared to the main game

Two minigames were designed. Rules and interactions for both the minigames were designed.

Levels and rotation of the levels logic was set up for both the trivia mingiames and Spellbinder minigame
EXPERT PUZZLES
Elder players who were finishing all the levels provided were losing out the chance to participate in events and leaderboards. Expert puzzles; an endless loop of puzzles was designed to cater to this need.
LUCKY LADYBUGS: PERSONALIZED HELPERS
The ladybugs help the players by revealing a letter. The ladybug drops are done currently based on the engagement of the players. It was mainly designed to help the stuck players. The potential of the feature is endless and can be used to drive IAP. This feature was personalized according to the player's status in the game, which means the drop/reward provided was mapped accordingly.
